Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns for opened or used products.

However, returns may be accepted in the following cases:

• The product received is damaged

• The product received is defective

• The wrong item was delivered

To initiate a return request, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order number

• Clear images of the product and packaging

• Description of the issue

Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will process your refund. Refunds are applicable only if:

• You received the wrong product

• The product is defective

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
