Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

• We pride ourselves on quality—if your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, we're here to help.
  
  
• Report any such issue within 24 hours of delivery to support@amarybeaute.com.
  
  
• Please include clear photos or a 360° unboxing video showing the shipping label and sealed box before unboxing, plus images of the defect—this helps us assess your claim quickly.
  
  
• For incorrect deliveries, you may choose between an exchange or store credit.
  
  

Order Cancellations

• If you need to cancel your order, please reach out before it’s dispatched.
  
  
• Once shipment is processed, cancellations are not possible.
  
  

Return Conditions

• Returns are accepted only for products that are unopened, unused, and in original condition, with seals intact.
  
  
• Any return must be made in the same packaging as received, including all original components.
  
  
• Upon arrival, your return will be inspected—only those meeting the criteria are approved.
  
  

Refunds & Store Credit

• Approved returns qualify for either a store credit or product replacement based on your preference.
  
  
• Refunds (in the form of store credit) are processed within 3 business days of receipt. Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable.

• International: 7–14 business days (depending on destination and customs)

4. Partial Shipments

• If items in your order ship separately, we’ll inform you via email so you can track each delivery.
  
  

5. Shipping Charges

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase.
  
  
• We offer free standard shipping on orders over ₹X (you can adjust based on your business needs).
  
  

6. Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

• International shipments may be subject to local customs import duties or taxes. These charges are not included in your shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.
  
  

7. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Parcels

• Inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival.
  
  
• If your order is damaged, lost, or incomplete, please contact our team within 24 hours of delivery with a clear image of the packaging and product (including any tracking label or invoice).
